Kajal is the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at Teaching Lab Studio, where she's building the systems that allow the Studio team to move quickly, thoughtfully, and sustainably. She partners with project leads and functional teams across finance, HR, legal, and IT on all things budgeting, hiring, vendor management, events, and business development.

Before joining Teaching Lab, Kajal worked in program operations and partnerships at Relay Graduate School of Education. Earlier in her career, she was a college advisor at a high school in Detroit.

Kajal holds an MPA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from Michigan State University. She lives in Michigan.
