Dallas Hall is a Senior Software Engineer at Podsie. He builds tools that use learning science and AI to help teachers and students with the learning process. He enjoys the challenge of making complex technology feel simple and useful in the classroom.

Dallas's interest in software development started with building websites as a child and creating small scripts to solve problems in his early work in managing audiovisual production. He later attended App Academy to deepen his programming skills and was subsequently invited to stay on as an Instructor, where he enjoyed helping people from all backgrounds learn to code. Before joining Teaching Lab, Dallas was a Staff Engineer at Procore, where he helped lead the development of document markup and automation tools used in the construction industry.

Dallas holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Psychology and Sociology from Southern Utah University.
