About
Casey Rowe is an instructional leader with nearly two decades of experience across classroom teaching, school leadership, instructional coaching, and adult professional development. Casey began teaching as a Teach For America corps member in Las Vegas’s Clark County schools, then spent four years at Rocketship Public Schools in San Jose, CA as a teacher and instructional coach. He notably led multiple classrooms in Rocketship’s innovative “Flex” instructional model — first as a Lead Teacher at Rocketship Mosaic, then coaching teachers through implementation at Mateo Sheedy as Assistant Principal.
In 2015 and alongside the families of the Fair Oaks community, he founded Rocketship Redwood City Prep, launching a new Rocketship campus from the ground up: enrolling 270 students, hiring and prepping 20 educators and staff, and building the instructional systems and staff culture that drove network-leading outcomes for English Language Learners through a combination of data-driven coaching and deep, intentional family partnership.
Casey later carried those adult-learning principles into a high-volume commercial training environment, designing and running a sales and hospitality onboarding and development program from scratch for hundreds of customer-facing professionals.
Casey is excited to return to elementary education and engage in the transformational work of leveraging new technologies to unleash teacher creativity, effectiveness and sustainability.
